Starting a business at 42 was hard. Starting a business at 42 with a wife and 2 young children was harder. Doing all of this in a world consumed by neurodiversity was terrifying. The Dad Diaries is a look into the world of a new business owner as I navigate this turbulent world having been in very well-paid employment since I was 16 years old. This episode talks about what led to my decision to start my new business ‘Think Unconventionall’ and the details that led to my exit from my latest job. This is a real-world account of what it’s actually like, outside of the rose-filtered world of social media. A world that I usually live in.
