As I was putting together my thoughts on this month’s content, I kept thinking about how February is often most associated with the theme of love and romance all centered around our partners or significant others. But how often do we stop to think of ways we can show ourselves love?When was the last time you showed yourself some true love and appreciation for all that you are? When was the last time you noticed your child showing themselves love and kindness towards themselves? One of the main factors that plays into how we see ourselves and therefore value our worth is by how we talk about and to ourselves.
