Starting a business is like being in the army. You can die at any moment and it is very scary. In the beginning you have no money, you don’t even know how to pay your first employees. You basically know nothing and are simply winging it. I personally had to sell all my Real Estate to survive and not go out of business. My first business TMG, I was negative every month and started selling an apartment every quarter to pay my expenses. This is after maxing out all my credit cards and Syl’s credit cards. Nobody sees this and everyone likes to focus on our success today. Many days I felt like giving up and jumping off the balcony but the people that depended on me and looked up to me kept me going. I wish I had a mentor or a school that taught me everything I needed to know about business when I started.
