Mairead Ronan has opened up on her departure from radio and TV revealing that though part of her misses it, she has no regrets and now understands ‘it is hard to have it all.’

The former Today FM DJ has put families through their paces on the national broadcaster’s Ireland’s Fittest Family for ten years, but called it quits earlier this year citing that she sought ‘a different challenge.’

The Dublin native now puts her time into podcast hosting her podcast Mairead and Jenny Now, which she co-hosts with Jenny Kelly.
